- No-shows or cancellations at the time of service will be charged the full service fee.

- Firmware update and maintenance appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any fees.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $10.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full service fee.
Network Expansion and Upgrade Services:

- You may cancel or reschedule your network expansion or upgrade appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any fees.
- For cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 to 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full service fee.
Customer Support and Consultation Services:

- Consultation appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any fees.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $10.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full consultation fee.
